alan moore and dave gibbons have been heard saying that they thought the ending to the book was a little weak, so if that's the only part the movie he is changing, i'm not going to complain.

LOL! That movie was hilarious! Of course I'm not a huge Spirit fan, so I have no idea if it was supposed to be funny or anything... But I found it enjoyable.

i know they need to shorten it up to make it more enjoyable for the average movie audience, but i hope the full 3 hours is available when it comes out on dvd, and i don't mean deleted scenes sans special effects in the bonus features. i want a fully complete director's cut. that would be the best thing ever.
